My Hobbies

On a side note: One of my hobbies is finding that right girl; sweet, friendly, pretty, cute, elegant, wise (not smart).

For Real: PHILOSOPHY! I aim to become a philosopher physician.

Music: I don’t professionally play musical instruments or sing but I enjoy listening to music and trying to play a guitar. I also occasionally have some fun with CakeWalk Studio to record my horrifying voice or create podcasts for my blog.

Well. Don’t get too excited. When I say playing guitar, I meant spending most of my times tuning and remembering which is string 1-6. As for music, I like country, jazz, old school rock, and instrumentals the best; they either have meaningful lyrics I can relate to and/or make me feel relaxed. Some pops and few raps are OK too but those genres are not just my cup of tea, anymore. I used to be all about pop, metal, hip hop, rap until my 9th grade but I’m more into softer songs now.

Movies: I like comedy, romance, documentary, and suspense the best. Comedy relaxes my mind; documentary and tribute movies give me opportunities learn about the events and gain extra knowledge; suspense keeps me excited and reason along as a detective; and romance, well it fills my life with more lovely moments!

TV: I only watch the news, documentary, and occasional events and TV series. And I have to admit that Cartoon Network and Disney channels are one of the best channels for me. They give me moments to remember my childhood and relive those days. I also watch detective series.

Books: I enjoy reading everything but especially suspense, historical, and philosophy related books, may they be fiction or non-fiction. Few of my favorite authors, whom I will keep adding to here as I remember, are Stephen King, Dean Koontz, James Patterson, Agatha Christine, Michael Connelly, Sir Author Conan Doyle, and few other less famous authors. I also love reading the textbooks if the subjects interest me.

Internet: I publish websites, code and rewrite scripts, create and edit photos and animated gifs, and maintain my webhosting server. Most of my friends in real life and those I have met online know about my abilities. I hope I’ll get a chance to show you, the visitor, someday. I spend times on forums like Digital Point webmasters forum, SEO.com forum, Freelancer.com, and my own, Kalazy Forum; social networks like Twitter and Facebook (sometimes also back on Myspace); video sites like Youtube; news networks; gTalk – mainly to get connected wit my friends and family members all around the globe. Now I am pinning on Pinterest, too!

Automotive: I may not be an expert but I enjoy performing oil change and filter change, basic tuning, hardware installations, and caring for my car by washing, polishing, and waxing. It is fun to troubleshoot certain easy-difficult problems by referring to the hardcopy manuals.

Sports: I am now in our company’s co-ed softball team and in a league. It’s going good so far! I used to play Varsity Badminton and I think I still got the moves, but we just have to see. I’m also good at hackysack (or footbag). I don’t play much but I also enjoy playing soccer and volleyball. I enjoy running, biking, basic kung fu, and weightlifting very much but unfortunately, it is hard for me to specify enough time to do them in my busy schedule.

Oh! If you like cross-country driving, traveling, photography, and volunteering, high-five!
